Founded in 2018, the Knights Templar College was built on Christian Knightly principles, and in the spirit of our nine founding Knights. The Knights Templar College is dedicated to expanding the Kingdom of God. What began as the Templar Academy has grown and improved steadily over the years, continuing to offer students a robust Christian learning experience.

The Knights Templar College is the exclusive training partner of the KTGPA, which is part of the international Ordre du Temple de Jerusalem.

The KTGPA is ecumenical and inter-denominational meaning we are not affiliated with any single denomination but represent all of Christendom.

Our Leaders

Today the Ordre du Temple de Jerusalem is headed by our Grand Master, Brigadier General Ronald S. Mangum, and its Grand Priory of the United States is headed by Bishop Caesar Johnson (Grand Prior, KTGPA).

The United States Grand Priory of the Ordre du Temple de Jerusalem, the KTGPA, has a long and proud history serving God and His people across the country. Our motto is “of HIS people, by HIS people, for HIS people,” and we mean every word of it.

Our Grand Masters are elected, just as it has been done since the beginning of the Order.  The position of Grand Master cannot be passed on through anyone’s will or by being the heir of a Grand Master.  Any, so-called, “Templar” Order that uses those claims to support the Grand Master’s succession is not legitimate. The order strives for the highest ideals and draws its inspiration from the ancient Order of the Temple. We strive to be the spiritual and philosophical heirs to the ancient Knights Templar founded by Hugues de Payens and Saint Bernard in 1118.

The Knights Templar College and this website is wholly owned by the Knights Templar College.
