St. Marks Priory announced their newest Companion At Arms Jason Arellano. Brother Arellano will be assigned to the Commandery of St.Ignacious of Loyola under Commandant Scott Christie.
Brother Arellano introduced himself, "I am currently a Detective with the Broward Sheriff’s Office. I was a Police Officer for the City of Chicago for 12 years. I have a wide range of experience with investigations including Human Trafficking. I have been a law enforcement officer for the past 17 years. I am an ATP rated helicopter pilot and I love aviation. I am also a USMC infantry Veteran from 2004-2008.
"I was always interested in the Knights Templar because of their history and their mission. After doing some research about what the modern day Knights Templars are all about, I was hooked. I believe in Christianity as whole, and I believe the Knights Templars represents true Christian values. I am excited about joining the Knights Templars and contributing what I can to this great organization."
